Return within 14 days
In case of return, Customers have to return the purchased Hazanoya Jewelry within 14 days. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the customer’s account.
Online Exclusive
Refunds are only available for purchases made through www.hazanoyajewellery.com and not through any other stores.
Request Process
To request a refund, contact our jewelry team via email or call. Upon request, we will provide a return shipping kit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions
This policy does not apply to customized jewelry. Customized jewelry items are not eligible for return or refund. Additionally, the 14-day refund policy does not cover gold coins.
Exchange Policy for Gold Jewellery
Gold Jewellery can be exchanged for gold jewelry, gold coin, or a gift voucher equal to the invoice amount of the jewellery. Only one exchange is permitted.
