Cancellation Policy

In the event of discrepancies, reserves the right to cancel orders. Reasons for cancellation may include inventory limitations, pricing errors, or inaccuracies in product information. Additionally, we may request additional information to process certain orders. Customers will be notified promptly of any cancellations or if extra data is required.

Customers can cancel orders prior to shipping. Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 working days. If a transaction fails after deduction from your account, we will promptly credit the entire amount back to your bank account.

Please note that this policy does not apply to customized jewellery.
