Return within 14 Days

Customers may return purchased Hazanoya Jewelry within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the customer’s original payment method.
• Refunds are only applicable for purchases made through www.hazanoyajewellery.com and not through any other stores.

Request Process

To initiate a return and request a refund:

• Contact our jewelry team via email at info@hazanoyajewellery.com or call us at +971 55 966 3773 to request a return.
• Upon request, we will provide a return shipping kit.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions

• Customized jewelry items are not eligible for return or refund.
• The 14-day refund policy does not cover gold coins.

Exchange Policy for Gold Jewellery

• Gold jewellery can be exchanged for:
  • Another piece of gold jewellery,
  • Gold coin of equal value, or
  • A gift voucher equal to the invoice amount of the jewellery.
• Only one exchange is permitted per purchase.

Additional Information

• All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
• HazanoyaJewellery.com reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the above return criteria.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings (if applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
