Customers may return purchased Hazanoya Jewelry within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the customer’s original payment method.
- Refunds are only applicable for purchases made through www.hazanoyajewellery.com and not through any other stores.
Request Process
To initiate a return and request a refund:
- Contact our jewelry team via email at info@hazanoyajewellery.com or call us at +971 55 966 3773 to request a return.
- Upon request, we will provide a return shipping kit.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions
- Customized jewelry items are not eligible for return or refund.
- The 14-day refund policy does not cover gold coins.
Exchange Policy for Gold Jewellery
- Gold jewellery can be exchanged for:
- Another piece of gold jewellery,
- Gold coin of equal value, or
- A gift voucher equal to the invoice amount of the jewellery.
- Only one exchange is permitted per purchase.
Additional Information
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
- HazanoyaJewellery.com reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the above return criteria.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings (if applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
