HazanoyaJewellery.com reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Inventory limitations or unavailability of products.
- Pricing errors or inaccuracies in product information.
- Request for additional information necessary to process the order.
In such cases, customers will be promptly notified of the cancellation or the need for additional information.
Customer Initiated Cancellations
Customers can cancel their orders before the items are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at info@hazanoyajewellery.com or call us at +971 55 966 3773 with your order details.
Refund Process
- If the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 working days.
- If a transaction fails after deduction from your account, we will promptly credit the entire amount back to your bank account.
Exceptions
Please note that this policy does not apply to customized jewellery items. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.
